About Us
Our credentials
As creators of treasure hunt trails since 2010, we've been having fun designing clue hunts and puzzles which have been enjoyed by thousands of individuals and groups from the UK and abroad. Our clients include overseas and UK travel agencies, numerous school groups, large and small businesses, charities, individuals, and families.
Discovery Games Ltd was founded in 2013 by Kathy Brown. A graduate of French and Business Studies, and later of Computer Science, Kathy worked as a techie and a business manager for ten years in enterprise IT and digital organisations. In 2010 she escaped corporate life to pursue her lifelong love of puzzles in general and treasure hunts in particular.
Kathy cut her professional trail-writing teeth with the national company Treasure Trails and, between 2010 and 2024, created, developed and maintained over one hundred trail titles across London and south-east England.
Discovery Games UK is a trading style of Discovery Games Ltd, who formerly operated as London Street Games, running innovative street games for grown ups at weekends and in the evenings.
In 2012 Kathy Brown wrote and delivered a Guinness World Record treasure hunt, with 466 participants from Team London Ambassadors taking part in 95 teams.
Discovery Games UK is proud to work with a fine selection of design partners who turn our games into items of actual beauty.
