Operation Pennsylvania - Lancia Consult

“The challenge was brilliant.  Kathy had done her research on the castle itself and also on the surrounding area to create a game that was relevant to the history of the area, was active and was a real challenge – it had us running about the estate working in teams for a couple of hours before we could solve it.  This is the second game that Kathy has done for us in different locations and both have been brilliant and very different.  I would thoroughly recommend Kathy and her team, they organise great team building challenges and activities”

Queens Platinum Jubilee Discovery Trails - Norfolk

Jan 2022 to 2023 and beyond

“In 2022, The Communities Team at South Norfolk and Broadland District Council worked with Discovery Games to create two treasure trails to celebrate the upcoming Queens Platinum Jubilee. We worked with Kathy to tight deadlines for this project. 

When in design, Kathy kept us up to date with the progress of the trails and we were able to see different drafts and have input on these. The finished product was great and really interesting too, much of the information found we did not know ourselves and many of the team had great fun having a go at the quests with their families to make sure they worked. 

Kathy was great to work with, having great ideas on how to make the trails flow and fit with the theme as well as easily contactable throughout the process. The trails had great feedback from our residents and those that travelled to the area to have a go, especially the quests that were easily accessible by foot/cycle.”

“Kathy is so imaginative and came up with some lovely, creative ideas that really enhanced the content. She has fantastic attention to detail, even under pressure, and ensured we tested the trails with children and families to make sure they were just right. 

The working relationship was great. Kathy and the team were incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the entire process, handling delays and pressures calmly and professionally. It really felt like they ‘got’ what we were trying to accomplish with the project and it was a true collaborative effort! 

We were delighted with how they were received and have had some lovely feedback from families.
